PokéBonk evolution guide: check the current run rules before using Pokémon levels

Why PokéBonk evolution questions need the current in-game version, and how to separate survivor-run mechanics from mainline Pokémon rules.

Do not import mainline assumptionsPokéBonk is a separate fan project with its own run, upgrade and evolution rules.

Evolution is a game question, not a Pokédex shortcut

PokéBonk is described as a survivor-style game where partners can evolve during progression. The familiar Pokémon games use different levels, items and trade rules, so a search result that copies a mainline evolution table may be wrong for this game.

Use this check order

  1. Read the current evolution text in the game.
  2. Write down the mode, starter or partner and the player level shown on screen.
  3. Check whether the change happened during a run or as permanent account progression.
  4. Only then compare a dated community guide, and keep the version beside the claim.

Until EarlyWiki has a reproducible, version-labelled test set, we will not publish exact universal thresholds as facts. The official game and its current UI win over an old table.
